FIRE CREWS tackled a fire which engulfed a single storey concrete built garage in the early hours today.
On arrival at Charlton Road, Grays, crews reported that the garage – which measures five metres by seven metres – was 100% alight and that the fire also involved a car and a garden shed.
Wearing breathing apparatus and using one main jet and two hose reel jets crews had extinguished the fire by 04:07hrs.
