PARTS of Derry Avenue and Deveron Gardens in South Ockendon are to be made one-way in an effort to ease traffic issues there.
Traffic will be able to enter Derry Avenue from Easington Way and travel southwards towards the Ockendon Centre hub (library).
Northbound traffic will have to travel along Deveron Gardens from Derry Avenue to Easington Way.
The proposals and plans can be seen at the Civic Offices in New Road, Grays, for 21 days and are also available on the council’s website (thurrock.gov.uk).
Objections must be made in writing, giving the grounds on which it is made, and sent to the Civic Offices or emailed to [email protected] to arrive on or before 27 February.
