TWO males were arrested on Wednesday afternoon after a high speed chase through Grays.
Police noticed a vehicle speeding in Stanford Road at around 1.35pm on Wednesday, February 11.
When they tried to stop the black Daihatsu Fourtrak it failed to stop.
The police helicopter was used to track the vehicle and it was stopped in Farm Road, Orsett at just before 2pm.
A 25-year-old man from Tilbury and a 16-year-old man from Tilbury were arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle.
Enquiries are on-going.
