THURROCK Council is suspending its recycling and refuse collection service on Monday, 23 March.
This is so all staff can attend Wayne Benson’s funeral. Wayne died following an accident outside the service’s Oliver Close headquarters.
Collections will be put back one day for the week, with Monday’s scheduled collections on Tuesday, all the way through to Friday’s happening on Saturday.
