IF there is a theme that is starting to emerge from Polly Billington’s campaign to be elected as MP in just three weeks time, it is that only the Labour candidate can provide answers to the challenges that Thurrock has been set.
Ms Billington seems to be implying that UKIP simply moan about the problems and if elected will simply be a ‘Voice crying in the wilderness".
