Essex Boys and Girls Clubs in need of support to receive Aviva Community Funding
Registered youth charity, Essex Boys and Girls Clubs (EBGC) has been shortlisted to receive up to £25,000 from Aviva’s Community Funding.
The funding will support a 4-month alternative education programme using creative arts activities and challenging outdoor pursuits to help disadvantaged and disengaged young people develop personal and social skills to enable them to cope more effectively within their home and school lives.
To guarantee the funding, EBGC are now in need of votes. To vote for EBGC simply visit: https://community-fund.aviva.co.uk/voting/project/view/2578/. All voting is free and every vote will make a massive difference to the chances of EBGC winning the funding and allowing them to benefit young peoples’ lives across Essex.
Lucy Chipperfield, EBGC Arts Officer, said ‘EBGC are delighted to have been shortlisted for the Aviva Funding. We are passionate about helping more and more young people across Essex realise their potential and fulfil their ambitions. We just need everyone’s support and votes to make sure we win!’
