A TEENAGE girl has been sentenced after bringing in a knife to a Tilbury school.
The thirteen-year-old girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons pled guilty when she attended at youth court in Basildon magistrates court.
The incident occurred on April 24th, when, the court heard, she brought in a three inch bladed knife to the Gateway Academy in Marshfoot Road in Tilbury.
She was sentenced to a six month referral to the Thurrock Youth Offending Team and fined a total of £50.00.
