A CHAFFORD HUNDRED man is set to stand trial charged with possession of images of children and animals
Thirty-year-old Emil Hilliard, Fenton Road, Chafford Hundred, faces twenty separate charges.
Among the twenty charges are the following allegations.
1. Between January 1st 2013 and August 15th, 2014 he made an indecent photographs of a child (namely on movie at Category A).
2. On August 14, 2014 at Chafford Hundred, Grays, he had in his possession indecent photographs, namely 1’143 images at Category A.
3. On August 14th, 2014 at Chafford Hundred, he had in his possession indecent photographs, namely 23 Movies at Category B.
4. On August 14th, 2014 at Chafford Hundred, had in your possession indecent photographs, namely 33’229 Images at Category C.
5. On 5th July 2014 at Chafford Hundred, recorded another person doing a private act with the intention that you would, for the purpose of obtaining sexual gratification, look at an image of that other person doing the act, knowing that the other person did not consent to your recording.
Hilliard has been granted unconditional bail.
No trial date has been set.
