Palmer’s College got talent and the results prove it

    PALMER’S College is delighted to celebrate its A-level results with its talented students.

    This year’s A-level results saw the college’s A-level pass rate remaining consistently high at 97 percent, for the FOURTH year running. The number of AS and A2 subjects gaining a 100% pass rate rose from 20 to 29.

    Many students gained fantastic results securing places at various prestigious universities as well as some students being offered employment opportunities.

    Three students obtained places at Oxbridge and one student, Katharine Ruff, who achieved stellar results including an A* in French, is off to study for 3 years in Paris.

    Jack Waterman 18 gained two A*s in Maths and Further Maths and an A in Physics earning him a place at Oxford University.

    He said: ‘I couldn’t have done it without the brilliant teachers in the Maths department and the amazing support staff.’

    Palmer’s College prides itself on an experienced and long-serving workforce who are dedicated to helping their students achieve success, whether it be in University, apprenticeships or the job market.

    Palmer’s may be the oldest independent college in Thurrock and this tradition is complemented by outstanding modern facilities which makes the College a great place to study.
