THE three candidates for next month’s by election in the West Thurrock and South Stifford ward have been named.
They are:
Helen Adams, UKIP;
Tony Coughlin, Conservative;
Cliff Holloway, Labour.
The by election on Thursday, 10 September, follows the resignation of former councillor Terry Brookes and the polls will be open between 7am and 10pm on the day.
