TWO people have been arrested on suspicion of drug offences following the execution of a warrant in Purfleet.
Officers and detection dog Riley entered an address in Rapier Close, Purfleet on Tuesday, September 3, 2015 and seized a quantity of suspected class A drugs.
A 24-year-old man from South Ockendon and a 22-year-old woman from Purfleet were arrested at around 8am.
The man was arrested on suspicion of possession of class A drugs and possession of class A drugs with intent to supply and the woman was arrested on suspicion of possession of class B/C drugs and possession of class A drugs with intent to supply.
