ARE you a local published author who is willing and able to support other budding writers with some writing advice?
As part of the 2015 Thurrock Writers Festival on Monday, 26 October, Thurrock Council’s libraries are hosting a speed-dating session as part of the line-up for the day.
The aim is to enable seasoned writers to share their writing tips with local budding writers.
Some have already signed up – local authors Jean Fullerton, Michelle Harrison and Ben Hennessy will be offering tips and advice at the event.
It is based on the speed p-dating model of spending a few minutes with each hopeful.
Any published authors interested in being an author speed dater are being asked to email [email protected] or contact Grays Library on 01375 413976 with expressions of interest.
