AN 18-year-old man from Grays has been charged with motoring offences following an incident where quad bikes and motorbikes were being ridden on Blackshots playing fields in Grays.
Rhys Mayo, of Lytton Road, will appear before magistrates in Basildon on October 8, charged with driving while disqualified, using a motor vehicle without insurance, possession of a knife in a public place and possession of a class B drug.
The incident happened at around 6pm on Tuesday, June 16.
