THE quarterly meeting of Thurrock Sports Council was held on Monday 5th October.
The annual grant from the CVS was received in September, the total for the year being £6800. Grant aid, agreed at the July meeting, was paid to Yamaguchi Goju-Kai and Thurrock Hockey Club.
There were no grant aid applications received in the last quarter.
Sports Clubs who are registered with Thurrock Sports Council are eligible to apply for grants.
