THURROCK Council is set to go to court over an unauthorised encampment in Aveley.
The court listing at Chelmsford magistrates court is as follows:
Complaint that persons and the vehicles in which they are residing are present on land, namely Shannon Way, Aveley, Thurrock, in contravention of a direction given under section 77 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994.
