Arts Council boss impressed with High House Production Park

THE BOSS of the Arts Council of England, Darren Henley OBE was impressed with the scale of ambition and achievement of the High House Production Park in Purfleet.

On a whistlestop tour, Mr Henley took in the whole breadth of the park from the art workshops, the Royal Opera House in the shape of the Bob and Tamar Manoukian Production Workshop and then into the National Skills Academy which was abuzz with activity as a major dance company was in the midst of rehearsals.

YT grabbed a minute of Mr Henley’s time to gauge his reaction before he sat down with a number of the arts, civic and education leaders, in a round table discussion.
