THE chief organiser of the Thurrock park-run, Trevor Rawson has strapped on his Go-Pro and cycled the two laps of the course.

It gives you a feel for the flat but bumpy and slippery (when wet) course.

The run is every Saturday at 9am at Orsett Heath.
