THURROCK Labour and UKIP councillors came together on Wednesday night to condemn the cuts to policing in Thurrock.
Councillors rounded on what they described as a "Criminals charter in Thurrock" but their anger was increased by the refusal of Conservative councillors to condemn cuts which have drastically changed the policing landscape in Thurrock.
