Palmers Avenue REOPENED between Theobalds Avenue and High View Ave following earlier police incident.
The East of England Ambulance Service Trust was called to an incident on Palmers Avenue in Grays at 7.38am this morning (Wednesday 4th November).
Two ambulances and a rapid response vehicle attended and treated a man who had collapsed.
He was taken to Basildon and Thurrock Hospital.

"Essex Police were called to Palmers Avenue in Grays at just after 7.40am after reports that there was a man unwell in the street.
On arrival they found a man in the street. A man in his thirties was attended to by paramedics and taken to hospital."

A13 Essex – Very slow traffic on A13 London-bound in Basildon between Five Bells Interchange and the A1013 junction, because of an accident involving a lorry and a car earlier on. All lanes have been re-opened. Congestion to Pitsea Flyover.
M25 Greater London – Heavy traffic on M25 anticlockwise between J29, A127 (Romford) and J28, A12 (Brook Street Roundabout).
A13 Essex – Slow traffic on A13 London-bound between Tilbury in Baker Street and Lakeside.
A2 Kent – Heavier than usual traffic on A2 into town from Darenth Interchange in Dartford to Danson Interchange, Bexley in London.
