Knife-wielding gang force their way into home and threaten occupants

A knife-wielding gang forced their way into a Tilbury home, threatened the occupants with knives, then stole cash and jewellery.

Three men forced their way into the home in Adelaide Road at around 10.30pm on Friday, November 13.

The occupants were backed into the kitchen and threatened with knives. No one was injured.

The men searched the property and left with a quantity of cash and jewellery when another occupant returned home.

One of the men was seen to run down an alley towards Dunlop Road.

All men are described as being in their early to mid-20s and described as black.

One was of slim build, around 5ft 11ins tall, with short dark hair and wearing a grey hooded jumper.

One was of stocky build, around 5ft 6ins tall, with shoulder-length dark hair, with a short beard and wearing a dark coloured jacket.

The e-fits above relate to these suspects.

The third suspect is around 5ft 11ins tall, of slim build and wearing a blue baseball cap.

Detectives have released two e-fit images of men suspected of being responsible for the aggravated burglary.
