A CORRINGHAM pre-school has received an Outstanding report by government watchdog, Ofsted.
Treasure Children Forever in Giffords Crossroads in Corringham is run by Thurrock Christian Fellowship.
They were inspected in October.

Teaching is consistently of very high quality throughout the pre-school. Staff are very responsive to children’s changing needs. Children make outstanding progress because of the skilful support they receive from the experienced and well-qualified staff team.
Staff expertly build on children’s interests, understanding and abilities during activities. They skilfully enthuse and interact with children. This helps children to become extremely confident, articulate and independent learners.
Children’s behaviour is excellent. Staff expect nothing less from the children and this is reflected in the cooperation and thoughtfulness shown by children towards each other.
All staff are highly skilled and sensitive in helping all children form secure attachments to their key person. Children quickly settle in to the pre-school and develop high levels of confidence, which provide an excellent foundation for their future learning.
Management and staff all share the same vision to provide each child with the highest- quality learning experience. Every adult in the pre-school has extremely high expectations of what each child can achieve.
Excellent partnership working is established with parents and a wide range of other professionals. This means children receive swift and timely support where needed, both at home and at pre-school to help them catch up and progress quickly.
Parents speak highly of the pre-school, stating staff are caring and their children are safe, happy and settled. They value how well staff help children quickly settle into the pre-school, particularly those who struggle with separation.
