THERE was a familial "Mack attack" at the Thurrock parkrun on Saturday as a son and father came in first and second respectively.
Despite atrocious conditions, they both recorded very swift times.
Thirty-nine hardy souls braved the dreadful conditions on Orsett Heath.
The parkrun takes places every Saturday morning at 9am.
Jamie MACK (JM11-14) of Thurrock Harriers AC, was first over the line in 20:46 – first time in 5 appearances.
Martin MACK (VM45-49) of Thurrock Harriers AC, was second over the line in 21:22.
Kirk BUNDY (VM40-44) (Unattached) was third over the line in 22:11.
