ON FRIDAY, December 4th, the Thurrock Arts Collective hosted a charity night in aid of St Lukes Hospice at the Traitor’s Gate pub in Grays.
Over the course of the evening over £300 was raised for charity. On the night they booked four acts to come down and perform for the crowds – all of which perfomed for free – these were Scarlett & laurel, Olmo Lazuras, JY Supreme and top local Indie band Courts.
The Arts Collective are a group of young people who work selflessly to promote local arts and music whilst raising money for charity – they have a facebook page – https://www.facebook.com/thurrockartscollective.
