Three goals by striker Bradley Fortnam-Tomlinson secured the points for the Blues.
The fourth goal was scored by Jay Leader.
Despite inconsistent form, the win puts Grays in ninth place and just four points off the play off places.
Grays return to action on Saturday against league leaders Dulwich Hamlet.
