Brightlingsea Regent 1 v 4 Tilbury
IF you thought that Tilbury would suffer after-effects of their defeat to National League Welling then you would have been proven wrong as they hammered Brightlingsea Regent 4-0 on Tuesday night.
First half goals by Harry Cook (37) and Emiel Aiken (40) set them up.
Tony Martin made it 3-0 in the 64th minute, Terry Rymer pulled one back a moment later but was then sent off.
Harry Cook (70′) put the game behind doubt.
The result means that Tilbury are in sixth place. Level on points with the team in the final play off place (Cheshunt).
They return to action on Saturday at home to Witham.
