A MAN has died in Ruskin Road, Chadwell St Mary.
The ambulance service were first at the scene at just after 9am on Monday morning.
They immediately contacted Essex Police and expressed their concerns for a man inside a house.
Essex Police attended soon after. On gaining entry to the premises, a male was found with a serious injury. Despite the best efforts of the emergency services he was declared dead at the scene.
There are no suspicious circumstances and a report will be prepared for the Coroner.
A spokesperson for the ambulance service said: "The ambulance service was called at 9.20am to Ruskin Road, Grays. An ambulance crew, rapid response vehicle, ambulance officer and Essex Air Ambulance attended.
"They treated a man in his 20s who was unconscious and not breathing.
"Sadly, he died at the scene".
THE EMERGENCY services are in attendance at an incident in Chadwell St Mary.
The air ambulance has landed on Orsett Heath.
YT understands that the incident may be in the Ruskin Road area.
