Woman attacked by loose dogs in Grays

ESSEX Police are appealing for information after two loose dogs attacked a member of the public and their own dog earlier this week.

It happened between 11.30am and 11.37am on Monday, December 21 near the nature reserve in Long Lane, Grays.

A woman was walking her dog when she went to help another woman whose dog was being attacked by two stray Boxer type dogs. Whilst trying to separate the dogs, the woman was bitten on her left hand and required medical treatment. The dog that was being attacked had to go the vets. Officers attended and both Boxer type dogs were collected by the dog warden.
