THE CHIEF Constable of Essex, Stephen Kavanagh is set to address all 49 councillors in Thurrock.
The announcement was made by the portfolio holder for public protection, cllr Jane Pothercary.
The next meeting will be on Wednesday January 27th at 7pm at Civic Offices in Grays.
