Thurrock 3 v 1 Heybridge Swifts
THIS time last year, one could never guess which Thurrock would turn up for a match.
A year later, they appear to be a paragon of consistency.
The Fleet overcame a tricky Heybridge through goals by Michael Toner (26 and 29) and Ross Gleed (81′).
They did this after Swifts had taken the lead in the 7th minute through George Cole.
The Fleet return to action, away at Brightlingsea Regent on Tuesday night at 7.45pm.
