AVELEY put an end to Tilbury’s eighteen match unbeaten run in the league with a 2-0 victory at Chadfields.
Goals by Abs Seymour (38′) and Arian Retkoceri (47′) secured the three points for the Millermen.
The result was a blow for Tilbury who now see themselves in eight place in the league, three points off the play offs.
It is fast becoming an eight horse race with over twenty matches to go.
Aveley sit in thirteenth place, fourteen points off the play offs.
