Ockendon man fined over a thousand pounds for rail fare fraud on C2C line

A SOUTH OCKENDON man has been fine dover a £1,000 for failing to pay for his railway tickets on the C2C line.

Christopher Monaghan (21) of Faymore Gardens, South Ockendon was fund guilty of the following charges at Basildon magistrates court.

He was fined a total of £1,348.50

Between 01/05/2015 and 07/05/2015 at between Ockendon and West Ham travelled on a railway, namely c2c, without having previously paid your fare of £30.50 and with intent to avoid payment thereof.

Between 08/05/2015 and 14/05/2015 at between Ockendon and West Ham travelled on a railway, namely c2c , without having previously paid your fare of £30.50 and with intent to avoid payment thereof.

Between 05/06/2015 and 11/06/2015 at between Ockendon and West Ham travelled on a railway, namely c2c, without having previously paid your fare of £30.50 and with intent to avoid payment thereof

Between 12/06/2015 and 18/06/2015 at between Ockendon and West Ham in the county of Essex travelled on a railway, namely c2c , without having previously paid your fare of £30.50 and with intent to avoid payment thereof

Between 19/06/2015 and 25/06/2015 at between Ockendon and West Ham in the county of Essex travelled on a railway, namely c2c , without having previously paid your fare of £30.50 and with intent to avoid payment thereof.

Between 29/05/2015 and 04/06/2015 at between Ockendon and West Ham travelled on a railway, namely c2c, without having previously paid your fare of £30.50 and with intent to avoid payment thereof.

Between 26/06/2015 and 01/07/2015 at between Ockendon and West Ham travelled on a railway, namely c2c, without having previously paid your fare of £20.00 and with intent to avoid payment thereof.

On 02/07/2015 at between Ockendon and West Ham travelled on a railway, namely c2c, without having previously paid your fare of £6.00 and with intent to avoid payment thereof.
