AVELEY continue to show contrasting form but Saturday was one of their better days as they comfortably beat Phoenix in the Ryman North.

Seven minutes into the second half the lead was doubled when Arian Retkoceri controlled and finished well from a cleaver, cushioned header by Spencer Harrison.
The wn was sealed 20 minutes from time when Liam Nash put the finishing touch to an effort by Michael Pindy that looked to be going in but Nash made sure.
