YEAR 1 pupils at Benyon Primary School recently had a Robin Hood themed week.
They learnt about the story of Robin Hood, wrote newspaper reports about him stealing money for the poor and also made collages of Sherwood Forest.
As a fantastic finish to the week, the children made their own bow, arrows, bags and hats to dress as Robin Hood.
They then shared their work enthusiastically in a whole school assembly, demonstrating a real ‘buzz of learning’.
