ESSEX Firefighters have rescued a two-year-old horse from inside the grounds of Tilbury Fort.
ECFRS received a call from an animal rescue charity that a horse was on its side and in need of help.
Crews including the Service’s animal rescue personnel pulled the horse to its feet by 16:24hrs.
The horse has been left in the care of its owner.
