THE leader of Thurrock UKIP has proposed a motion on the "Europe question" to be debated at Thurrock Council.
Cllr Graham Snells’ motion reads: "This Chamber agrees that excessive bureaucracy and costs emanating from the EU have a detrimental effect on the efficiency and cost of Thurrock Council meaning that Thurrock Council would be better off if Britain was to vote to leave the European Union"
It will be debated on Wednesday night.
