A SMALL group of Grays Athletic supporters met on Monday night at the White Hart pub in Grays to discuss the future of the club following Andy Swallow’s announcement that he would be taking a step back from the day to day running of the club.
Club CEO, Joel Nathan, was in attendance for the first part of the meeting representing Andy Swallow and, according to a club spokesperson, he explained the situation and took questions from supporters regarding the recent developments.
He then left the meeting and the floor was then given to supporters to discuss ideas and plans for next season.
A second meeting is planned for Wednesday 27th April when it is hoped that more detailed plans can be revealed to the supporters in terms of the structure of the club and the way forward.
