CHAFFORD Hundred residents are unhappy with a planning application for over 200 dwellings at the troubled site behind Bannatynes Health club.
The latest application proposes 239 residential units as well as a doctor’s surgery in the Howard Road site.
The main objections centre on "existing traffic problems, pollution, lack of schooling, noise and out of design for the existing area".
YT went down to the site and spoke to community campaigner, John Bennett and discussed the objections.
