A TRIAL date in the case of a woman charged with causing the death of Gray’s man Zach Smallcombe has been set.
Patricia Coster, aged 66, of Connaught Avenue, Grays has been charged with the following:
"On 26th June 2015 at Grays caused the death of Zachary Smallcombe, who died on Saturday 4th July 2015, by driving a mechanically propelled vehicle, namely red Mercedes E220, on a road, namely Derby Road, without due care and attention
Coster appears at Basildon Crown Court on June 2nd.
