THE East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust (EEAST) received a call at 12.45pm on Monday May 30th to Araglen Avenue, South Ockendon.
An ambulance crew and Herts Air Ambulance attended.
They treated the boy who had suffered a large scald from hot water.
He was taken by land ambulance to Broomfield Hospital for further treatment.
