ESSEX Police are releasing CCTV footage of a man causing damage to a car in Stanford-le-Hope to see if anyone can name him.
Just before 11.15pm on May 19, CCTV captures a man causing damage to a windscreen wiper of a blue Ford Fiesta outside a house in Southend Road.
The man is seen to arrive on a pedal cycle and has a rucksack on his back.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Pc Laura Brady at Grays police station on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
