Statement from Essex Police
ESSEX Police were called at 11.25am on June 10 with reports a man had been taken ill in Canterbury Parade, South Ockendon.
The ambulance service and air ambulance attended but sadly the man, believed to be aged in his 60s, died at the scene.

YT is following up reports of an incident in South Ockendon.
An air ambulance has landed on the green near to Canterbury Parade and just across the road from Benyon Primary on West Road, South Ockendon.
There are also police units in attendance.
