OFSTED has praised a Grays nursery for the significant improvements it has made that has seen its grade go from "Inadequate" to "Good".
The inspection centred on their nursery at Integration House, 88 Bridge Road, Grays,
The report states:
The nursery has made significant improvements since the last inspection. All actions and recommendations have been successfully addressed. The management team shares a strong drive and commitment to further develop the nursery provision.
Children are confident, happy and settled in the relaxed atmosphere of the nursery.
They form very good relationships with staff, who ensure that their well-being, safety and individual needs are well met.
The nursery is set out attractively with good quality equipment and clearly defined areas of learning. This means children can easily make decisions about what they do and initiate their own play and learning.
Children enjoy coming to nursery and eagerly join in a wide variety of activities. Daily trips to the local park mean children benefit from fresh air and exercise as they play and learn.
Parents spoken to on the day of the inspection were very complimentary about the nursery. They commented on the very good feedback they receive regarding their child’s day and are very happy with the progress their children make.
