A SERIES of summer events put on by South Essex College have been a huge hit with young people.
#Enrolfest, aimed at future South Essex College students, included a free cinema screening of Suicide Squad and Finding Dory. Plus sweet treat offers with Shakeaway in The Victoria Shopping Centre, Southend.
Young people from all over south Essex attended the events and were grateful for the fun freebies before they start College in the Autumn.
Enrolment at South Essex College’s three campuses in Southend, Basildon and Thurrock starts on Thursday 25 August.
The #Enrolfest bus will also be touring around Southend and Thurrock on 25 and 26 August offering advice and information to students still unsure what to do in September.
Jade Withrington, Events Coordinator, said: “Don’t forget to join us at the end of August, the #Enrolfest bus will be visiting Grays and Southend town centres. We’ll also be setting off loads of Pokémon lures during the tour, so you can catch lots of Pokémon while you find out information about your future.”
