YAMAGUCHI Goju-Kai did very well at the recent London International Open at the O2.

It was tough competition at the dome with over 300 competitors. Lauren Adams was on form winning Champions Cup in Kata, Kumite and also team kata with Sasha Edgeler and Daninelle Ball.
