At the age of 20, Leo Green was playing sax for Jerry Lee Lewis. Lewis called Green ‘the greatest sax player I have ever worked with’. Green then joined Van Morrison’s band from 1995 to 2000, touring the world and appearing on numerous albums. He has also worked with Jools Holland, Ronnie Wood, Paul Weller, Lionel Ritchie and many many others – Leo has worked with just about everybody! In 2011 he created BluesFest – now in it’s 6th year, it will be held at the O2 again, where last year Sir Tom Joes &
Sir Van Morrison appeared on stage together for the very first time in London.
