THE PORTFOLIO holder for central services, cllr Deborah Stewart presented her report to Thurrock Council on Wednesday night.Cllr Stewart began by highlighting the achievements of a number of departments before explaining why they want to have a more targeted look at what they do well and not so well.As you may see from the film this was explained in the style of one of the contestants in The Apprentice with phrases such as “Sunlight is the best disinfectant”Both Labour and UKIP put questions to the portfolio holder.
