THURROCK’S up and down season continued with a thrashing of local rivals Brentwood Town on Tuesday night.
Goals by Remi Sutton (2′), Mark Onyemah (16 and 90), David Cowley (37′) and Charlie Stimson (79′) secured all three points for the Fleet.
Brentwood’s Mason Bloomfield (pen 44′) scored for the visitors.
The result leaves Thurrock in sixth place and just on point off the play offs.
They return to league action on Saturday at home to Brightlingsea Regent.
