EAST Thurrock’s eleven game unbeaten run came to an end at Wealdstone on Saturday afternoon.
You always had the feeling that this might be a tricky one and so it proved.
It did not help that the Rocks had a number of injuries.
The only goal came in the 75th minute when Liam Goulding stormed through to score.
The result leaves the Rocks in ninth place on 28 points.
They return to action on Saturday at home in the FA Trophy against Aldershot.
