Sungate then increased their advantage when Bobby Port crashed home a shot struck from just inside his own half. Danny Downer scored again for Sungate in the second half; further goals were scored by Ashley Daniels, Jake Clarke and Conor Maher. As second-placed Ryan could only manage a 3-3 draw means that Sungate now have a six point lead. Dylan Gordon-Bradley, Forid Medanovic and Carl O’Malley scored the Frenford goals and on another day may have earned their side a result. However Ricky Gill gunned them down with a striking masterclass. Paul Bergamini’s 88th minute penalty for Leytonstone United looked could have earned them a point had they not then given away a penalty in injury time.
