Goals by Reece Harris (4 and 32), Sam Higgins (12 and 19) and Tom Wraight (86) stemmed the tide of recent heavy defeats.
The result leaves East Thurrock in ninth place, just nine points off the play off places.
They return to league action on Saturday away at Hungerford Town.
